Unscrew the crown (counter-clockwise). Pull the crown out to position 1 and turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date. Pull the crown out to position 2 and turn the crown to set the time. After having set the time push the crown to the normal position, taking care of screwing it properly (clockwise).
