If you wish to browse through all the collections, select the "Collections" navigation button. Clicking on the collection and then on the product you like will take you to a dedicated page where you will find the description of the product, technical information, instructions on its basic functions, and full pictures with zooming-in function to better appreciate all details and features of ToyWatch designs.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS I AM INTERESTED IN?
Shopping at www.toywatchofficial.com is an easy and enjoyable experience. When you have found the product(s) of your liking, select "Add to Cart" to add each article to your cart. This will automatically take you to your Shopping Cart, where you can change the quantity, cancel selected items, and get estimated shipping and tax fees. If you decide to continue shopping, your cart will remain at the top right corner listing its contents and the total amount spent so far. If you wish to proceed with the purchase, click on the Shopping Cart, enter any coupon codes (when applicable), and click on "Proceed to Checkout".

HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I PURCHASE FROM THE SHOP?

As many as you want! Normally, there are no limits regarding order size, quantities, or billed amounts. However, www.toywatchofficial.com reserves the right to restrict the purchase of any limited series articles.

AM I REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THE CONTENTS OF MY SHOPPING CART ONCE I SELECT A PRODUCT?

No. You can add as many products as you want to your Shopping Cart, and then decide which to purchase or clear. To empty your cart, click "Clear Cart" button to eliminate all items or select the Delete symbol (X) on the right to remove a single product from your "Shopping Cart”.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with www.toywatchofficial.com, you will have the option to create your own address book from the "My Account” page. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

From our online store we only ship to US and Canada.  Please call Customer Service @ (954) 241-1947 if you are outside of US and Canada.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

After all payment information is submitted, you will be transferred to a purchase confirmation page that shows your order number. You will receive via e-mail all the order details and confirmation.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once an order is placed at www.toywatchofficial.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please contact our Customer Service @ (954) 241-1947 for a valid refund or a valid exchange.

I HAVE NOT REGISTERED YET, CAN I STILL MAKE PURCHASES FROM YOUR ONLINE SHOP?

Registering will help you fastening your purchases, but you can also complete purchases without registering at all. You will be asked to provide toywatchofficial.com with the necessary information to successfully process your order: Billing information. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have forgotten your password, please click forgot password. You will receive an email at the registered e-mail address with all the instructions for password recovery.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

toywatchofficial.com uses USPS to deliver its products. Purchases are usually delivered within 3 working days from the order date in USA, and 10 working days from the order date in Canada. During holiday periods and with orders placed on weekends, there can be slight delays. For more information, visit our "Delivery Times" page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

In order to check order statuses, click "Login" in order to access your account. All information you need can be viewed under the "My Orders" menu. If you wish not to register, you will always receive an email with the tracking number to allow you to directly monitor the status of your order with USPS. If you need further assistance, our Customer Service Department is at your complete disposal.

HOW CAN I CONTACT TOYWATCHOFFICIAL'S CUSTOMER SERVICES?

Click on the "Contacts" button on the top bar, fill out the "Send Us a Message" form with your query, and select "Submit". Our Customer Services Department will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call directly our Customer Service Department at 888-389-0697 for any query you have regarding your online purchases, 9:00 AM to 1PM and 2PM to 5PM EST, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

CAN I CONTACT TOYWATCHOFFICIAL'S CUSTOMER SERVICES ALSO FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OTHER STORES?

Yes, you can as long as you have a valid purchase receipt, and the ToyWatch was purchased from an Authorized ToyWatch retailer.  It is however, best to contact the Customer Service Department of the retailer you purchased from first.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?

For those not satisfied with their new ToyWatch, we do offer returns and exchanges. No matter the reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date the watch was received. Please check the "Terms of use" page for more information. We will not accept the return of any product that has been used, or has any damage to it (e.g. unworn, no scratches, in the original packaging, original tickets, with the warranty and instruction booklet). Returns and exchanges must be made to toywatchofficial.com and cannot be accepted at ToyWatch stores.

DO I GET ALL MY MONEY BACK?

Yes, the full amount will be credited to the original tender, if the products are returned unused and not damaged (e.g. unworn, no scratches, in the original packaging, original tags, with the invoice and instruction booklet). In the event all items are not returned, we may either refuse to accept such return or exchange, or additional charges may be applied.

HOW CAN I FIND A LOCAL STORE THAT CARRIES TOYWATCH?

To find a store close to you, select the "stores" tab in the navigation menu. Next, select your country and specific area and click "search". To view even more results, choose "see more" below the first two returned addresses.

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON THE TOYWATCHOFFICIAL SHOP WEBSITE?
